We are thrilled to announce that our 2026 Global Annual Meeting will take place in one of Vietnam’s most captivating island destinations: Phu Quoc. Located off the country’s southwest coast, Phu Quoc is famed for its pristine white-sand beaches, turquoise waters, and laid-back island vibe. It’s an idyllic setting where business and leisure come together in perfect harmony.
Phu Quoc is a tropical gem offering everything from snorkeling in crystal-clear waters and exploring lush national parks to indulging in fresh seafood and soaking up spectacular sunsets. Whether you're looking to relax or dive into adventure, this island has something special for everyone.
As our regular attendees know, our group outings are always filled with memorable activities, local sightseeing, and of course, fantastic food and drinks. More than just fun, these experiences are the heartbeat of our community—where partnerships are strengthened and real friendships begin.

Optional Golf Morning:
Join fellow members for a casual round of golf — organized privately,
outside the official program. Spaces are limited and green fees apply.
Each year at our Annual Global Meeting, a small group of golf-loving members take the opportunity to enjoy a relaxed round together before the official program begins. This tradition is once again being continued in Phú Quốc, with a casual golf morning being organized by
Mr. Marc Sullivan of Global Trade & Customs USA.
This optional activity will take place at the stunning Eschuri Vung Bầu Golf Course, one of the island’s newest and most impressive championship courses. Designed by IMG and set along the scenic Vung Bầu coastline, the course offers a perfect mix of tropical beauty and golfing challenge.
Please note that this is not part of the official Freight Lounge agenda, and participation is entirely optional. Green fees and any associated costs are the responsibility of the individual participants.
